Crystal founded Sparkly with nothing but a mop, a bucket, and an infinite amount of perseverance — cleaning every home herself from day one.
Growing up, Crystal learned the craft from her Mother and her Oma (what the cool kids call their grandmother). But she learned more than cleaning techniques. She learned how to run a business that keeps people and principles at the forefront.
That's why Sparkly has never been a gig-economy app or a "referral agency" that shifts liability onto clients and misclassifies its cleaners. Every Sparkly team member is a W2 employee — fully background-checked, trained, and covered by liability insurance and workers' compensation.
